I was impressed when I asked in the magento forums for an extension that I could use for gift wrapping. (stay with me here!) Before I knew it, these guys had one on offer and also added images to it (go see Multi Fees extension). So when I needed a facebook/twitter networking extension, I requested it and a few months later, they delivered. Their customer service here is beyond none I have experienced.
