However, if you are sure that the software doesn’t meet your requirements, you can choose one of the options below:
- exchange it for any other MageWorx’s product (that is equivalent in price)
- get the equivalent amount of internal credits to your account
- or apply for a full refund.
Upon refund you must destroy all copies of the software on your servers and in any place within a refund period. All licenses to use the software will be immediately terminated. Any further use of the software is an infringement of MageWorx copyright and other intellectual property rights!
All refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted. Conflict resolutions, implemented installation services, upgrade services (after the upgraded store has been uploaded to a testing server), SEO config service, customization services, are NOT subject to refund.
Also, purchasing products prior to sales or promo campaigns can not be a reason for a refund.
