Our story

“In 2008, we started out with an idea to help merchants on recently-launched Magento 1 to strengthen their SEO efforts. Long nights of coding after our full-time jobs resulted in the release of our first Magento extension ― Sitemap Suite. That’s how the journey of Mageworx started, from good to better towards best.”

Founded in Fairfax, VA, USA.
2011
1st 1,000 downloads on Magento Connect, today known as Adobe Commerce.
2015
Acquired Webtexsoftware and started investing in the development of SavvyCube — SAAS advanced Magento analytics software.
2017
Became a Select Magento Partner. Launched a completely rebuilt SAAS Magento analytics solution — SavvyCube Version 2.0.0.
2021
Migrated mageworx.com to Magento 2. Started the development of our first Shopware extensions.
2010
Pioneered in developing Magento SEO and product management solutions for Magento 1.
2014
First participated at and sponsored International Magento events – Meet Magento Italy and Meet Magento Switzerland.
2016
Acquired Staylime, eCommerce Design Studio. Launched Magento 2 Development department. Became a Silver Sponsor of Developers Paradise in Croatia.
2018
Launched a full-scale Shopify development department and refactored SavvyCube to consolidate data from Shopify included.
