Mageworx is a product company specializing in building top-notch e-commerce software. Over the past 12 years we’ve created dozens of apps for multiple e-commerce platforms which were installed on more than 40,000 online stores worldwide.

As a support engineer, you’ll be working in team with other developers and support specialists on helping our customers to solve any technical problems that arise while installing or using our Shopify apps.

What you’ll do
  • Help our customers install and configure our apps on their Shopify stores.
  • Do necessary customizations using CSS/HTML/JS to make our apps properly look and work on customers' stores. Fix any issues or conflicts between our apps and other apps installed on customers' stores.
  • Respond to customers' emails, answer their technical questions.
What you have
  • Basic working knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
  • Level of English sufficient for basic communication with customers via email.
