SEO Suite Pro Magento Extension ^v1.1.6

I am currently using the SEO Suite Pro extension, and I like it overall, but I’m experiencing some problems:

1. When I choose Longest URL as canonical link tag, some URL is chosen but definitely not the longest. For example:

http://site.com/celebrity/cartoon-kleding/smurfenmuts/ is a product URL, but canonical is
<link rel="canonical" href="http://site.com/accessoires/smurfenmuts/" />.

As you can see the canonical URL is not the longest.

Please note that I have restored the setting to ‘shortest URL’ when sending this message and also changed the setting “Use Categories Path for Product URLs” in Magento System configuration to ‘No’, as I don’t want search engines to pick up the longer URL’s as long as the Canonical setting is not working properly.

2. I can’t figure out how to add a noindex, follow tag to URL’s with certain parameters. For example, I’d like to noindex, follow pages with ?dir=asc* and ?dir=desc*. Is this possible?

Another powerful extension by MageWorx... I run into some trouble configuring the module, since it was conflicting with another extension, but they solved it quite quickly. Their customer support is what makes them excel, that's why i'm a returning customer. Thanks!

Great extension must have magento , has a lot of more options then other (more expensive) extensions.

Works brilliantly, at first I was a bit worried to find a blank configuration screen but you just need to refresh your cache and log out and back in.

Would be nice if review pages had /review on the end of the canonical tag

This extension does what the developer claims. The support after the purchase was great too.

I would like to see reviews URLs rewritten too, as now they are like this:

http://www.site.com/review/product/list/id/8/ (for all reviews for a specific product)

and

http://www.site.com/review/product/view/id/49/ (for a specific review)

when they could be, for example::

http://www.site.com/PRODUCTNAME/reviews (for all reviews for a specific product)

and

http://www.site.com/PRODUCTNAME/reviews/review_title (for a specific review, where review_title is the title of the review)

Also, RSS rewrites could be cleaned up even more, as now they are like this:

http://www.site.com/rss/default/@specials/0
and
http://www.site.com/rss/default/products

Why "default", "@" and "0"? They can be removed.

Using this extension a while ago. Perform much better than any other SEO solution i used before. Which i can see on the site stats and on our sales too. I had an issue last time with a Magento upgrade and Mageworx team fixed my problem in a few days.

We purchased the SEO suite 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been in contact with the support a few times to ask some questions about the extension. They have been responsive and extremely helpful. In fact, the 2 new modifications were implemented based on my suggestions and needs.

So far the extension is doing exactly what I wanted it to do, the addition of being able to split the google xml sitemap works perfectly!

We are an agency that develops and maintains large (50,000+ product) ecommerce sites. We are large and our clients are at the top of their industries, so we are VERY careful about modifications or outside extensions we use on our sites.

This has been a totally positive experience dealing with MageWorx and we are planning on buying the unlimited license in the next day or so to roll out on all of our sites.
