Mageworx is a product company specializing in building top-notch e-commerce software. Over the past 12 years we’ve created dozens of apps for multiple e-commerce platforms which were installed on more than 40,000 online stores worldwide.

As a customer support manager, you’ll be working in team with other support specialists and support engineers on helping our customers with any questions or problems that arise while installing or using our Shopify apps.

This is an evening shift position with approximate work hours: 13:00-21:00 Warsaw time.

What you’ll do
  • Provide assistance, answer questions, and educate our customers on how to set up and use our apps.
  • Evaluate customer requests and hand over tickets to support engineers, if technical help is needed.
  • Communicate with customers live via online chat, phone and video calls.
  • Respond to customer support tickets via email.
What you have
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English.
  • Related customer service experience.
