HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND?
MageWorx does require you to contact our Technical Support team to determine that the product will not function as you expected. Our specialists provide care, professional assistance and consulting to help you adjust the software for your needs and get most out ofit.

However, if you are sure that the software doesn’t meet your requirements, you can choose one of the options below:

  • exchange it for any other MageWorx’s product (that is equivalent in price)
  • get the equivalent amount of internal credits to your account
  • or apply for a full refund.
If you have purchased from our website, simply contact our Sales Support and provide the details of your order. We will reverse the charge on your Credit Card or PayPal account. The full amount of your order will be refunded within 24 hours.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Refunds are processed only during 30 days since the moment of purchase, unless copyright is infringed.

Upon refund you must destroy all copies of the software on your servers and in any place within a refund period. All licenses to use the software will be immediately terminated. Any further use of the software is an infringement of MageWorx copyright and other intellectual property rights!

All refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted. Conflict resolutions, implemented installation services, upgrade services (after the upgraded store has been uploaded to a testing server), customization services are NOT subject to refund.

Also, purchasing products prior to sales or promo campaigns can not be a reason for a refund.
