However, if you don&#8217;t want to set the range then unselect it, and you can easily add a zip code.<br \/>\n<strong>State<\/strong>: Select the state for your Tax Rate.<br \/>\n<strong>Country<\/strong>: Select the country for your Tax Rate.<br \/>\n<strong>Rate Percent<\/strong>: Set the percentage of tax rate which customers have to pay.<\/p>\n<p>Now click on <strong>Save:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8937 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mageworx.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/image5.png\" alt=\"magento save button\" width=\"90\" height=\"63\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You will be redirected back to <strong>New Tax Rule page<\/strong>. However, you can create your custom class by clicking on Add New Tax Class.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product Tax Class: <\/strong>By default <strong>Taxable Goods<\/strong> class is selected. However, you can create your custom class by clicking on <strong>Add New Tax Class<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priority: <\/strong>Set the priority of Tax, when there are more than two tax rules applicable. If multiple tax rules having the same priority apply, then they will be added together. However, taxes with different priorities will be compounded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calculate Off Subtotal Only:<\/strong> If you want to apply this tax only on the subtotal amount, then select it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sort Order: <\/strong>Use this option to set the displaying order of tax, if you have multiple taxes that need to be implemented.
