General Refund Policy

A customer who orders Magento extensions and/or Magento services at MageWorx.com may cancel his/her order at any time within the first 14/30 (depends on the extension) days after placing the order and receive a full refund. If they have already installed the Magento extension(s) within that 14/30 days, they must remove and erase all files related to them from their server(s) and/or computer(s) and confirm removal by email or phone before they can receive a full refund.
